Shall the City of Waverly, in the County of Bremer, State of Iowa, impose a local sales and service tax in the incorporated area of the City of Waverly, Bremer County, Iowa at the rate of one percent (1%) commencing on July 1, 2019 and continuing for 20 additional full years of collections from and after said date?

Revenues from the sales and services tax are to be allocated as follows:

FOR THE CITY OF WAVERLY, IOWA:

  1. Zero (0%) of such revenues to be allocated for property tax relief.
  2. One-hundred percent (100%) of such revenues to be applied for streets and bridges; trail, river or park-related improvements and infrastructure; and public safety vehicles and related equipment.
