Located in Warren Twp further described as:
In Sec 24, T92N, R13W of the 5th P.M. Bremer County, IA

1) 75.94 acres more or less NW of the Poor Farm 
2) 78.28 acres more or less NE of the Poor Farm
3) 98.45 acres more or less SE of the Poor Farm

In Sec 23, T92N, R13W of the 5th P.M. Bremer County, IA

4) 20.2 more or less NW of the Convenience Center/ Landfill
